Document Management

MATRIX Ltd. performs the quality assurance and certification of document management software used by public sector organisations based on the designation of the Ministry of Interior and with the accreditation of the National Accreditation Authority (accreditation document No.: NAH-6-0054/2015/K). This field fits with our other IT-related services, especially our qualified electronic signatures branch.

The quality assessment of document management software used by public sector organisations is mandated by a 2007 amendment of Act LXVI of 1995 on public records, public archives and the protection of private archives.

The requirements for these software can be found in the following normative document:

The above decree includes all of the provisions of another decree, which is:
