More About the RED
The aim of the RED is to ensure that all radio equipment and terminal equipment available on the EU market comply with the basic safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards and avoid harmful interference. It also harmonizes the rules of selling these equipment within the EU.
For those equipment not using the spectrums reserved for terrestrial and satelite telecommunication, our services cover module H of the Directive (conformity based on full quality assurance). For the equipment that use these spectrums, we can also use module B (EU-type examination) as part of our assurance procedure.

The CE marking indicates that a product fulfils the requirements of the relevant EU directive. So, if a radio equipment conforms with the requirements of the RED, the manufacturer or an authorized representative must affix the CE marking on the equipment, along with the notified body?s identification number (in our case: CE 1413).
